A Thankfulness Chain for 2020

Updated: Jul 19, 2021

Every November we start at Thankfulness chain at our martial arts school. Everyone who comes to class contributes. It is an important aspect of our tenet COURTESY. According to Health Harvard, "In positive psychology research, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships."

This year, our contact is limited but we are still THANKFUL. We've been discussing gratitude in all our classes this past week. It's good to be reminded, while we are facing so many challenges, about all the things that make us fortunate.

Please contribute to our Thankfulness Board! (It may take until the next morning for us to approve your post.) Simply click the image above or here: and click the + button to add your note of thanks.

We are thankful for all of our volunteers, students, families, instructors, board members and all of you, for reading our blog!
