As we've been working from home, we're finding time moving slowly but at the same moment missing days. One, just like the day before, flows into the next.
One of our goals, as martial arts students, is to reflect on our day. Be mindful of but not mired by time passing. What could we do to make the day a little better for someone else? What could we do on our journey towards our best possible selves?
