Our goal for September is self-care! As many parents and family members are taking on added school at home responsibilities, it's important to remember that it's harder to care for others when you're ignoring your self. We've created a quick calendar of ideas to help you make self-care a priority this month. (Note: We borrowed this great idea from Action for Happiness and gave it a martial arts spin!)
These are ideas! Please modify and add your own. We've geared our calendar to care-givers but children can practice too.
