April fools! In Wisconsin, it is hard to tell what the weather will bring, especially in the springtime. During the transition of seasons is when the flu is most common. As the weather fools you by fluctuating by the minute, keep in mind a few helpful tips to stay healthy:
Drink water! (See previous post on the importance of water)
Exercise and stay active
Eat fruits and vegetables
Wash your hands and/or use hand sanitizer
Aim for at least 7 hours of sleep
